Finally some fun!

We have been trying to refinance our house for months now, and it has really taken a toll on our nerves, so to celebrate signing and sending off the paperwork we went to Disneyland. As soon as we put Lia in the stroller she knew EXACTLY where she was and she started squealing and had the biggest smile ever! Sophie wasn't as thrilled, I'd like to think she enjoyed her first ride... It's a Small World. Never the less we had an incredible day. We went on so many rides, and a lot of them a couple of times. Lia found a new love... the Dumbo ride. Billy and I took turns taking her on it. And not to get too sentimental, but I have a picture of my dad and I just like the one of him and Lia... its makes me cry now thinking about it. It just melts my heart knowing they love him like I loved my dad. And I love how much he loves doing things like this with his family. Thats why I married him.

And I forgot to take pictures, but I have the best friends in the world. They threw me and Sophie and INCREDIBLE baby shower lastnight. We were so spoiled!!!! Everyone should be so lucky as me!!

4 weeks later, ALREADY!

As of 7:40 pm last night, Sophie has been with us for 4 weeks. I cannot believe how fast time as gone by. She is such a sweet little girl, we feel so blessed to have her in our lives. She has had a hard time with G.E.R.D. (gastro-esophageal reflux disorder), but after a visit to LLUMC at 11 days old and a few Dr's visits later we finally have her on some medicine and hope that it will help her put on a little weight because when she woke up on Wednesday I swear she grew a few inches.
