Sweet Something!

The girls told me I was not allowed to come in the kitchen because they wanted to do something real quick, but when I was allowed, they brought me over to this... I love them beyond words.

The fun I've been having!

I've been having so much fun this summer! I got to take a short visit to girls camp. I love my girls so much and they were having the best time. The spirit was so strong there, I cried when I left and during the drive home! (we were at President Hinkley's camp in Big Bear, we were on Testimony rock)
And I took Lia with me to mutual this week, we hiked to the top of Bogart Park. She was a champ! This is a real hike and she did it all by herself and did not whine! She also squatted all by herself and ate her whole dinner. I was so proud of her. (I was extra happy to take her with me because I want her to see what I do on Tuesday nights, I know its hard on everyone when I leave... plus my girls are awesome and she loves being around them)
My mom and I took the girls and met up with my cousins and Aunt at the Getty Villa. They were having a kids day... it was amazing, I posted all of the pics on facebook because there are 140 of them and I don't feel like spending 5 hours posting them on here! :o)

It's been a great summer!

Our Adventure to Cayucos!

We are very blessed with amazing people in our lives, and some friends gave us the opportunity to join them on a vacation in Cayucos. It's in central California just outside of Morro Bay. It's an amazing place and we loved it!!!

This was the street we stayed on, these trees were everywhere and Billy was obsessed with them!
This is about as crowded as the beach got. HEAVEN!!!!!

You walked out of the front door, across the little street down this path and you were on the beach! It was so great to go down in the morning, dig a couple huge holes and find some shells then go back home for lunch then go back to the beach for the rest of the afternoon!

Billy and Reid went and saw Harry Potter in 3D and these are the special glasses they got... nice honey.
You need to hop in your car now, drive to this place and get some of their butter cookies. You won't regret it. In fact you'll thank me.
The view out of the kitchen:
There goes my girl!
Tommy was always making a break for it:
My sweet Sophie!

Harry Potter mania took over:

Rough life:
This was harder than it looks, but we got all five of us:

The pelican from hell!!! This guy came up from behind me and tried to bite my hand, but I was playing soccer with Lia so I swung my hand back and ended up punching it the face! After it got over it's daze it looked over at Lia and went after her! These two nice men saw the whole thing happen and went after it. Then it sat there, this picture is not zoomed in, and watched us for a while. Eventually it flew up and circled us for a few times then flew away. All of us agreed it was the weirdest thing ever. Ever.
This was the picture I took just before it happened!

He's getting so big!

An Ollilaliberry cream puff I got Billy.

We went to the candy shoppe every night. It was a fun thing to do.

Downtown was so much fun, it was so family centered... a perfect family vacation~

Parks everywhere! This one will always be special to me because I saw this family arrive. They had 2 kids, one came right up and started playing pirates with my girls and the other had CP. his dad picked him up out of the car, and carried him over to the playset and set him on the bridge. He knew that this would make him feel apart of things... what a good dad. I take so much for granted and he reminded me with out him even knowing. It was a sweet thing to watch.
There is a garden downtown:

Amazing smoked food:

I did laundry everyday on the trip and this is still what I had left to do at home! geez!
The mom next to me thought I was a genius for doing this. We stopped at In-N-Out in Santa Barbara and the only table was outside right next to the parking lot. So to keep Tommy busy I stuck stickers all over him to keep him busy until the food came... it worked like a charm!
These grew like this, beautiful right?!!!
One of the many driftwood forts, this one was our favorite!

What a great time!!!

PS~ KEEP SCROLLING THROUGH OLDER POSTS, THERE ARE A TON OF PICTURES STILL TO LOOK AT!

Cambria

One afternoon I got to go out with Ashley and Reid to a cute little British teahouse in Cambria and had afternoon tea. It was so much fun.
Another afternoon we went to Moonstone Beach and Shamel Park. It was so incredibly beautiful there!

Super T!
