The kids and I went to watch Elise play her last game against RHS. The game was great and the kids were champs too! An hour and a half is a long time to watch a soccer game. (she's #5)

Billy is gonna kill me for posting this!
Don't trust a jeweler...

Your eyes are not deceiving you, there is no diamond or back half to my ring... and to answer another question, no I did not give anyone permission to do this to my ring.
I'm finally deciding to deal with this today, it happened a month ago and I was so devastated I couldn't even begin to think of what to do. Now I'm not sad anymore... I'm mad!

Bringing in the New Year
We had a fancy dinner just for fun, I made my first turkey!

We got together with a few families from the ward and had a fun time with them. This was the best picture of Sophie I could get, she loved her little noise makers.
We celebrated east coast time so the kids could enjoy it with us!

My cute little guys!
I made these pillowcases with a poem attached for family members and people I visit teach. (one day I'll remember to attach the poem here so you can read it... it's so sweet)
I made these charms for my YW.
Lia dressed like this to go to the store.

Christmas Day Fun!
We had a great day. I'm sure noone wants to see pictures of us opening our jammies or ornaments or of every single present or of the gingerbread village (that is still in the box dang it), or of every other tradition we do (and everyone else does also)... but I love being a mom so much and want my kids to enjoy every single moment they have of this special season. We are blessed to have and do so much... that is what I hope people get as they look through these pictures.
Billy took refuge wherever he could find it.
My mom made us newsworthy...
We were on the channel 7 news!

My computer was being lame and won't let me delete one of these... Lia took this one, she wanted to have one picture of me this Christmas.
Perfect box label!
Grandma got Sophie her first scriptures!

Razor scooters are the most fun! I can't stay off of them!
Snuggies!
His first quad!
Happy happy kids!
I had this idea of taking each girl to the dollar tree to pick out presents for our family. (Not just because I'm so cheap, but imagine taking a 3 year old to wal mart or kohls and telling them to pick out anything they want for family members)
It was so fun and the presents were great. Lia picked out this for Sophie:
ooops, Santa shirts.
And Sophie got Billy and I the exact same flashlights... we went shopping weeks apart. The kid knows what she likes.

Santa came!!!!
I was up with T for most of the night, so the girls sleeping in until almost 8 was a great gift. It started off with Lia coming into my room and whispering "Mom, Santa came" and I whispered back, "Did he really" and she nodded and I said "are you serious?" and she screamed "YES" as she jumped and twirled it the air! Probably my favorite moment of the day!
We don't hang our stockings anymore, Santa usually over fills them with 100 lbs of stuff, so they are laid out on Christmas Eve..

He left the girls cookie ornaments:
And fuuuuuuun toys!
