It is something you can't explain until you have a child of your own, but babies are simply amazing! To have watched her progress into this sweet little girl has been the most amazing experience of our lives. She said her first word... da-da. She can sit up on her own. She has started pulling her self up to stand, and I have no doubt that she'll be walking very very soon! And if you put her little teething biscuits in front of her she can pick them up and put them in her mouth.
We went to Disneyland with some friends for FHE and we took all of the kids on the Haunted Mansion ride, every single kid was SCREAMING or crying and begging to be taken off, but not our Lia, she was cracking up and wanting to touch everything! Our friend Emily's little girl was screaming "Scary... all done, Scary... all done, Scary all done!"
We're excited to dress her up in her costume (pictures soon to come) we went to a costume party on Saturday.... no we weren't Johnny Cash and the Drag Queen version of Lucy, we were supposed to be Lucy and Ricky.

who is that good looking gal? She reminds me of someone but I just can not put my finger on it. Anyways she did not have such a great looking man by her side, so it can not be who I was thinking about.
