LOT'S of $$$ spent on beautiful, top of the line wood flooring for our house
5 trips to Home Depot, purchasing and returning materials needed
4- hard workers (Billy, Bill, Cheryl and Lia)
3- long hours
2- months waiting and planning to install it
1- big tug only to find BEAUTIFUL wood floors underneath the ugly horrible carpet
1 royally ticked, irritated, blown away Katie... priceless.

I wanna see pictures of the floors too. Billy said you went ahead and put in your "dream" floors. I bet they are incredible!
