snow that stuck!

Last week we got snow... and it actually stuck for a while. Lia was so careful to walk out in it, she walked out very slowly not really knowing what to make of it. She loves playing in it...but not while it's coming down.
Sophie on the other hand went straight out into it. Took it like a champ. Until she was almost to her play set... Then came to a dead stop, made this face then SCREAMED "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM...COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD!"
And made me come get her.

My dad always took pictures like these... he always enjoyed the beauty of nature, even if it's only in the backyard.

It was gone a few hours later, bummer.
