BIG day!

After reading our scriptures this morning, we set forth on the biggest day we've ever had! (never mind that they are upside down and the MAJOR morning hair~bed head x's 10!)
I tried to get a picture of Lia holding still as we went to our first day of real/big time/ official classroom/ it's not at our house Pre-K!!!

She was so dang excited. Sophie was too, because it's a program she can attend too. (Lia has 4 days and Sophie will get 2 days of pre-school a week! yayyyyyy!)

Man oh man ,our girls are gorgeous!!!

They made friends with Benjamin and Ella in the parking lot and walked in together!

Grandma took Lia shopping for some new school clothes and Aunt Nern let her pick out her beautiful Princess backpack. (thanks you guys, it means the world to me that you do such sweet things for my kids!)

Big T gets to be a part of things too.

He's the class clown already.

Not the best picture of Lia, but she loved putting on puppet shows! She and Sophie have the best imagination, I love watching the things they come up with.

Our little "Artist", as she calls herself. I'm pretty sure this was her favorite thing we did today.

The tempera fumes must have been getting to her, she looks like she's in a painting coma!

The finished product.

They also have great play toys! Sophie called this her restaurant castle. She took orders and made food."COME AND GET IT!"

She was so happy all day! She ran around the playground like a crazy person (the 102 degree heat may have had something to do with that) but she looked like Woody from Toy Story (3) running. Arms and legs everywhere, going as fast as she could. It was too funny.
I feel so blessed to be able to participate in this program. Mrs. Kim seems absolutely amazing. An old family friend is an Administrator over the program. And my girls appear to be in absolute heaven.

Then we came home, I whipped up dinner and then we took off to our first soccer practice. Oh man, I'm so in love!!! She's been a little anxious about going, but as soon as we got there she went up and said "Hi Coach Corey, I'm Lia" and he said "Hi Lia, this is my daughter, Grace" and the two girls ran off like they had known each other for their entire life.

The other two girls on the team are completely adorable too. Yes, there are only four girls per team. But if you saw them all running together, the fewer of them on one field at one time the better. It's like on big clump of girls that never stop moving in any particular direction.

All four of them are really good too! It's going to be a lot of fun to watch them play.

Yeah, our girl has skills.

I'm team mom of "the Princess Kickers!"~ how funny is that name?!! You should have heard all of the parents laughing their heads off as that was voted on. (we were hoping for the Pixies or Ladybugs)

What a great day, Billy and I are so lucky! We finished the day with a family date to Frugo's to celebrate all the new adventures we are on together!
